Bureau of Technical Inventory (BTI) work. 

 The system has the following functions:

• Immovable property accounting of individuals and entities, ownership changing, history accumulation in of ownership changes and proper documents in the database.

• Reporting of  real estate owners for the regional BTI.

• Technical inventory and registration orders consideration, issuance of documents for order payments (after accounting) and payments for advance.

• BTI services cost calculations.

• Adding the bank statements, payments binding with orders.

• Control of orders, terms of works and payments.

• Calculation of production for legal registration technicians and specialists salaries.

• Acts and statements of performed work calculation, formation and printing.
